ANTICONVUSANT DRUD AND DOSES;

Diazepam: 0.1-0.3 mg/kg IV, IO (adult dose 10 mg)

Lorazepam: 0.05 mg/kg IV, IO, IM (Max 4 mg)

Phenobarbital: 10-20 mg/kg IV; Maintenance 2.5 mg/kg/dose BID

Phenyltoin: 10-20 mg/kg IV over 20 min in NS; Maintenance 2.5 mg/kg/dose BID (Max 1 g)
